THE BROKEN GATES

Jesus has authority over every malevolent spirit. To people trapped in flesh and blood dysfunctions, there is hope. The victory Christ won at the Cross opens the door to our healing, restoration and deliverance. As it was then, these signs of hope are indicators of the arriving Kingdom of God.

Paul talked about the difference that comes when God lives inside you.

Romans 8:
9-11But if God himself has taken up residence in your life, you can hardly be thinking more of yourself than of him. Anyone, of course, who has not welcomed this invisible but clearly present God, the Spirit of Christ, won't know what we're talking about. But for you who welcome him, in whom he dwells—even though you still experience all the limitations of sin—you yourself experience life on God's terms. It stands to reason, doesn't it, that if the alive-and-present God who raised Jesus from the dead moves into your life, he'll do the same thing in you that he did in Jesus, bringing you alive to himself? When God lives and breathes in you (and he does, as surely as he did in Jesus), you are delivered from that dead life. With his Spirit living in you, your body will be as alive as Christ's!
(The Message)

To people who live in dark places, God offers a Kingdom filled with light. Jesus has opened the door so that God’s Spirit can come in and evict those things that think they can rule over you.

Though you may still have a broken body and mind, the Spirit of God enters the broken gates of you soul. At home in your ruins, God is at work building a new house that is eternal. You belong the fellowship of the renovated. There is a sound of hammers all around you.

The devils cannot live as squatters when God is at home in you. Swing wide broken gates. Come into this home.
